The design process and the overall delivered experience is an important factor in business strategy. It’s also the least automated and repeatable area of the business. It relies heavily on inspiration, creativity, and research. This is why I propose to go through some design principles and their applicable use cases in SaaS. I’ve also added many examples taken from the wild. This is part 1 of what will be a 3 or 4 part article ( hopefully ).
