Started a side project called ‘Remote Tools’ which is a platform to find remote-first products. Our launch on Product Hunt (PH) was successful. While we did get clients for Flexiple, we had no audience for our next version as we didn’t collect any mail IDs. This is where the thought of building a community came into play. Fast-forward about 2 years and we have Remote Clan, which simply put, is a community of/ for remote workers. Here’s the step-by-step story of how we built The Remote Clan.
