In this article, I want to reflect a bit on how we found the product-market fit for Yaza and what lessons we deduced from this experience. Overall, we managed to respond to the relevant user problems at the outbreak of COVID-19. The app allowed real estate agents not to lose their jobs but provide home overviews remotely. We are proud we could effectively respond to this user problem.
